Program OverviewPSU Exchange Kaohsiung

NSYSU was established in 1980 in Kaohsiung City and has become one of the most promising universities in Taiwan. NSYSU has endeavored to pursue excellence in teaching and research and has been granted the "Aim for the Top University Plan" funding by the Ministry of Education to strive for excellence in both teaching and research.

The NSYSU campus is uniquely located on the edge of the Sizih Bay looking at the Kaohsiung Harbor with the mountains in the back. This strategic geography prompted NSYSU to focus advancements in marine research to become the leading academic institution in marine sciences in Taiwan.
