Program Description:

During the course of the field study, students will meet with a wide variety of business professionals (from entrepreneurs to MNCs) to discuss CSR, value chain and social enterprise within the Colombian context. Students will learn about their organizational models and personal leadership journeys and engage in project work designed to give an overview of researching social problems and designing appropriate solutions.

During the course of the field study, students will use a combination of readings and reflection papers, as well as guest presentations, meetings, field visits, and a social immersion group project to gain an overview of social problems and designing appropriate solutions in Colombia.
