Program OverviewAHA Oviedo

Four-week intensive Spanish language programs are offered in July and August. You may earn up to one year of Spanish language credit for enrolling in both sessions. Each four-week session is designed for beginning through advanced level students. All courses are taught in Spanish and emphasize reading, writing, listening and speaking. In addition to the language courses, you will choose from several special topics that focus on Spanish society and culture. Classes are held in the mornings allowing you the opportunity to enjoy the many leisure activities offered in the area during the summer. You will attend courses with US and other international students. You will stay in a university residence hall or a homestay. In-class learning is complemented by field trips, guided visits and other group activities included in the program fee. The GEO summer programs offer you full support and are preceded by an intensive orientation.
