Program Description:

Program OverviewPSU Exchange Hanyang Summer

Hanyang University is located in eastern Seoul and is one of the largest and highest ranked universities in Korea. As of March 2001, the University comprised twenty Colleges, ninety-two Departments, fifteen Schools where students can pursue Master's and PhD level Studies, two University Hospitals, and forty-three Research Institutes. Enrollment totals approximately 25,000 students.

Program Focus

Students at Hanyang University benefit from all the facilities, expertise, and advantages of a large scale, multi-disciplinary university environment. Hanyang University offers a variety of courses, taught in English, so it is not necessary for students to have a fluency in Korean prior to attending.  However, students should have a willingness to learn the Korean language as well as about the Korean culture so that they can become accustomed to student life in South Korea.

Program Fee

PSU students pay regular PSU tuition, 12 credits per term while abroad.

Application Fee:
All applications include a $50 non-refundable fee due on the application deadline. Students who do not intend to complete a program application are required to withdraw before the deadline, otherwise, the $50 application fee will
be assessed to the students' account.
