Whether you're drawn to Edinburgh to study literature where J.K. Rowling wrote or to pursue philosophy at the university where David Hume studied, you are sure to find inspiration in the hallowed halls of the university and the cobbled streets of the city.

Credits Students enroll in 18 - 22.5 quarter credits per semester**

**Students using financial aid must have taken at least 14 credits during Fall Quarter at PSU if they wish to participate on the Winter/Spring program OR  they must enroll in additional online coursework at PSU during Winter/Spring.

All applications include a $50 non-refundable fee due on the application deadline. Students who do not intend to complete a program application are required to withdraw before the deadline, otherwise, the $50 application fee will
be assessed to the students' account.
