Program Overview CIEE Toulouse

Take French language, art, history, culture, communication, and political science courses in a city recently voted as the best city to study abroad in France. A robust co-curricular program includes an overnight excursion, field trips, and various cultural activities. Through these experiences, you will become members of the vibrant Toulouse community and will learn firsthand about French culture, art, and history.

Program Focus

Students choose one, two, or three 4-week sessions and immerse themselves in France’s art, history, and culture. Courses include the opportunity to explore French business, art history, and/or French identity and immigration. Students can also enroll in an optional Communicative French Language course taught in French (1 credit). In-class work is augmented with co-curricular visits to the city’s rich variety of cultural institutions and organizations relevant to the course offering.

CIEE Toulouse is located in the historic district of Toulouse, in the middle of the vibrant city center and close to all the main commercial facilities, Institut Catholique de Toulouse, and cultural sites.
