|Considerations||Because the course occurs at higher altitudes, varying from 8,000 to 13,700 feet in altitude, and includes walking, hiking, and riding in vehicles for several hours at a time, students are required to certify they are in a good health condition. Unfortunately, disability access is unknown and unreliable so the course cannot provide accommodations for physical disabilities. Other types of disability including learning disability, psychological disability, are certainly encouraged to apply, and applications will be reviewed with the Disability Resource Center, the PSU office of education abroad, and the instructor.|
